The Forklift Academy Simple 3 Step Process
Forklift Safety Training ONLINE
You complete the OSHA required forklift training right online—you can do it from any internet connection at any time. PRINT your Forklift Certificate right away. Some of the documents and forms are the following: Permit to Operate, Power Point presentation, Safety Rules and Regulations, Test, Answers, etc
Employee Evaluation
After the training, your employer (or future employer) should evaluate your driving ability on the employer’s forklift by filling one of the forms included on the training. The employer is in essence certifying that the employer has provided the training outlined by OSHA.
Certification Complete
You will receive your credit card like Forklift License (wallet card) with your name on it. The wallet card is valid for 3 years. Also, you will be able to print your Certificate of Achievement immediately upon completion of the training
