How it works

Your trainer takes the online Train the Trainer course and earns a 3-year trainer certification.
Each paid year you get a set number of student seats, forklift or scissor lift, chosen at checkout.
Students take the knowledge training online. Your trainer does the hands-on evaluation at your site.
Students who pass get a 3-year digital wallet card. A seat is held when you name a student and is used for good only when they pass. Remove a student before they pass and the seat comes back. Retakes are unlimited.

Extra trainer: $198 one-time. One more person on your account takes a Train the Trainer course and earns a 3-year trainer certification. Add a trainer
Extra student seats, no plan needed: 10 for $395, 25 for $875, 50 for $1,575, 100 for $2,900, or $45 each. Pick forklift or scissor lift at checkout. Unused seats expire 12 months after purchase.

If you’d rather we run the knowledge training, Group Manager lets you buy Company Training Seats from $59.95 down to $38.50 each, hand them out to your team and track who passed.

Tell us about your team and Art Merino will put together a plan with the seats and trainers you need, across one site or many. Enterprise plans start at $2,800 a year.

Questions

Do unused seats roll over?: No. Plan seats reset each paid year. Seat packs expire 12 months after purchase.
When is a seat used?: A seat is held when you name a student and used for good only when they pass. If you remove a student before they pass, the seat goes back to your account.
Can I mix forklift and scissor lift?: Yes. Pick the seat type at checkout. Forklift seats are for forklift classes and scissor lift seats are for scissor lift classes.
How long is my trainer certified?: 3 years.
What if a renewal payment is on hold?: Your seats stay while it gets sorted out. If the plan is cancelled or ends, unused plan seats end. Seats already used stay on record.
Can I add trainers or seats mid-year?: Yes. Add a trainer for $198 or buy a seat pack any time.
Who does the hands-on evaluation?: Your company does. Your trainer delivers the knowledge training and evaluates each operator on your equipment, as OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 requires.
We train more than 80 people a year. What then?: Ask us about Enterprise for custom seats and trainers.
