Testing and Evaluation:

• A written test evaluates comprehension.
• Answers reviewed as a group for clarity.
• On-the-equipment evaluation for both Forklift and Order Picker equipment, covering:
  • Controls, operation, and maintenance.
  • Steering, visibility, and load handling.
  • Safety protocols and equipment limitations.

Practical Simulation:
Training includes practice in warehouse environments and a rodeo simulation for hands-on learning.

Job Placement

After training, your name is added to Forklift Academy’s job opening database, offering connections with potential employers through partnered companies and temp agencies.

Classroom Training Overview:
The training includes complete hands-on experience with both forklifts and powered pallet jacks. Upon completing the course, you will be a qualified, OSHA-compliant forklift operator, with your certification valid for 3 years.
