Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site, simply request a refund within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Sorry, we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of physical goods.

Method of refunds

Forklift Academy, Inc. will refund to your original payment method (such as your credit card), or we can post a check.

How to make a return or refund request

Email [email protected] or call (888) 381-2572 with your order number, name, and a short reason. For physical products, return the item in its original condition with its packaging, and include a copy of your order confirmation. For online training seats, unused digital access is handled the same 14-day window when the course has not been completed.

• Street address, city, state, and ZIP
• Email address and contact phone
• Returned item or course name
• Order / receipt number and order date
• Reason for return
