Employer Train the Trainer

What your company gets

A company hires Forklift Academy to certify a warehouse lead as a Certified Trainer. That lead names coworkers on the company roster and runs a live digital class from the company portal. Completing the class is knowledge training, and the trainer confirms hands-on with each student. The practical evaluation of each operator on your equipment stays the company's responsibility under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178. Operators receive a 3-year digital certification.

How it works

1. Buy Certified Trainer
   Complete digital Train the Trainer certification for forklift (and scissor when you need it). Your lead earns Certified Trainer certification and a digital card, then you use the company portal for crew classes.
2. Company portal
   Log in to roster coworkers, manage seats, and open Start class. Operators do not use the portal. They join with the code on the presenter.
3. Live class
   Start class opens a full-page projector presentation. Students join with the code, link, or QR on the screen, take the class on their own device, add a photo, and need 70% on the quiz.
4. Hands-on on your equipment
   Photo, 70% quiz, then Confirm hands-on on the equipment they actually use. OSHA 1910.178 still expects a practical evaluation in the room. Operators receive a 3-year digital wallet card.
