You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a seat, or take a course on this site. By using the site you represent that you are 18 or older.
Online courses are OSHA-aligned knowledge training for 29 CFR 1910.178 (Powered Industrial Trucks) and related equipment topics. Completing a course:
The digital wallet card issued after a passing knowledge check is a record of completed knowledge training, issued for 3 years (36 months). It is not proof that practical evaluation is done.
The employer must still complete (and periodically repeat) a site-specific practical evaluation. OSHA also expects evaluation at least every three years, and sooner after an accident or when performance indicates a need for refresher training.
Online knowledge training is suitable for both new and experienced operators. Hands-on evaluation is a separate step.
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Seats are for the named student unless we say otherwise. Do not share logins or attempt to bypass checkout or classroom controls.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no malware, no attempts to access other customers’ records, and no posting of unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend access to protect the service and our users.
Course materials, trademarks (including Forklift Academy), site design, and related content are owned by Forklift Academy, Inc. or its licensors. You may use them only to take the training you purchased, not to copy or resell the curriculum.
THE SITE AND COURSES ARE PROVIDED AS IS. We do not warrant that the site or any course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient by itself to meet an employer or OSHA operator-authorization duties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forklift Academy, Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order at issue, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
